Sally Anne Smith has been a key part of Dale Carnegie for over 12 years, based in sunny Cheshire and working with clients around the globe. She specialises in confident communications, leadership development, sales effectiveness, and the core Dale Carnegie Programme. Her background spans commercial airlines, insurance, and banking, giving her a strong foundation in fast-paced, customer-focused environments. Sally Anne brings real-world insight to every session, drawing on years of industry experience. Today, she works closely with clients including JCB, Nordea Banking Nordics, ST Microelectronics, Vertu Motors, Virgin Atlantic, and the NHS. Her focus is always on building confidence, clarity, and connection that drives lasting business results.  Her qualifications include BSC Psychology and Business and as a certified coach in NLP, MBTI and the DiSC profiling.  At home she enjoys everything outdoors with Ted and Bertie the dogs whilst adventuring across beaches and forests.
