Communication
- Communication effectiveness is polarized by role with 65% of leaders reporting the highest levels of communication, compared to only 25% of individual contributors.
Psychological Safety
- 68% of global workers report working in environments where they don’t feel secure expressing their ideas.
Employee Engagement
- 23% of the global workplace reports feeling deeply engaged at their organization.
AI & Technology Integration
- 15% of employees globally believe their organization’s approach to technology or AI integration is transformative.

Driving a Culture of Innovation
Featured Focus
65% of employees rate their organizations as “stagnate” or “still evolving” when it comes to building a workplace culture of innovation. Surprisingly, that number is an improvement on last year, showing that organizations are placing more value on innovation.
When looking at innovation by job role, 65% of leaders report working in highly innovative or creative organizations. Those numbers plummet when asking managers and team members, showing that innovation is promoted strategically, but not always reflected in daily work.
Remote employees experienced a 10% jump and now are in line with on-site and hybrid employees when reporting that their organizations are creative or highly innovative.
Perceptions of innovation decline steadily with age and reveal the sharpest decline with the oldest workplace age group 65+.
When it comes to driving a culture of innovation, organizations have made improvements, but leaders need to know that their confidence doesn’t always translate across their organization.

Employee’s in North America have the highest ratings for work-life balance. They also rank highly in job satisfaction, loyalty and employee engagement.
Latin America
Workers reflect deep person-centered workplaces with the Latin America region leading in communication, empathy, and psychological safety. The region features the most highly engage employees.
Europe, Africa, Middle East
Reported the largest gains in cultures of innovation and workplace learning, they had the lowest scores when assessing their organizations level of technology and AI integration.
Asia Pacific
Represents the only region to take a step back reporting declines in every workplace measure except for technology and AI integration.
