Amy Wilson serves as Vice President of Operations for Dale Carnegie Southeast, where she plays a critical role in shaping exceptional client experiences while ensuring operational excellence across the region. Since joining the organization, Amy has become a key strategic leader, partnering closely with sales, trainers, and operations teams to deliver seamless, high-quality programs that consistently exceed client expectations.

With a diverse background across multiple industries, Amy brings a strong strategic mindset paired with a deep appreciation for the human side of business. She is known for designing and refining systems that improve efficiency, scalability, and profitability while always keeping the client and participant experience at the center of every decision. Her ability to anticipate needs, solve complex challenges, and align cross-functional teams has helped elevate both internal operations and external relationships.

Amy is a highly collaborative leader who values clarity, accountability, and trust. Outside of work, Amy enjoys hosting and preparing Italian-inspired family meals, creating welcoming and thoughtfully designed spaces in her home, and staying active while exploring Tennessee with her husband, children, and their Golden Retriever, Denver. She is also an avid Notre Dame football fan and values time spent connecting with family and community.
