Flo Holden
Flo grew up in Murfreesboro, TN, and is a second-generation military member. She served for six years overseas in the U.S. Navy. After exiting the service, she embarked on an entrepreneurship journey in the fitness industry. There, she recognized the need for developing leaders, so Flo returned to school, leading to her graduation in 2025 from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, concentrating in Professional Selling, Entrepreneurship, and Management.
Her journey with Dale Carnegie began in 2024 when she took the Dale Carnegie Course. The experience strengthened her communication and leadership skills, instilling a deeper confidence and clarity of purpose. Inspired by the course’s impact, Flo joined Dale Carnegie to help others experience the same growth.
In her role, Flo excels at building meaningful, trust-based relationships with clients. She takes time to understand each organization's unique needs and connects them with the right development solutions to help them grow and succeed.
Outside of work, Flo is a proud wife, mom, and gym-goer. She’s passionate about supporting small businesses and veterans, staying active, and creating a life of impact, balance, and forward momentum.
