Malissa Chanthavong is the Marketing Coordinator for Dale Carnegie Southeast, supporting the Tennessee, Georgia, and Central Florida territories. She earned her degree in Marketing from Middle Tennessee State University in May 2024, along with a minor in Business Administration and a concentration in Professional Selling.

Malissa’s journey with Dale Carnegie began in 2023 when she completed the Dale Carnegie Course as a junior in college. The experience strengthened her confidence, sharpened her communication skills, and shaped her approach to leadership at a pivotal point in her academic and professional development. Inspired by the impact of the course, she joined Dale Carnegie full-time in May 2024 as a Business Development Representative, where she built strong client relationships and developed a deep understanding of buyer needs and the sales process.

Today, Malissa brings that firsthand sales experience into her role in marketing, helping translate strategy into clear, engaging campaigns that support business development and long-term client success. She partners closely with sales and leadership to ensure marketing efforts are aligned, intentional, and reflective of the Dale Carnegie brand while amplifying the impact of programs across the Southeast region.

When she’s not working, Malissa enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and enjoying life in Nashville with her fiancé, Michael, and their two cats, Chai and Bebo.
