Malissa grew up in Smyrna, TN, in an immigrant household where her family instilled the values of hard work, resilience, and compassion. These values motivated her to pursue higher education, leading to her graduation in May 2024 from Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in Marketing, a minor in Business Administration, and a concentration in Professional Selling.

Her journey with Dale Carnegie began in 2023 when she took the Dale Carnegie course, which truly transformed her life. The course provided her with essential communication and leadership skills that boosted her confidence and helped her connect with others more effectively. Inspired by the positive impact it had on her, she joined Dale Carnegie full-time as a Business Development Representative in May 2024, committed to supporting clients in achieving their goals and nurturing valuable connections.

In her role, Malissa is committed to helping clients achieve their goals and cultivating strong, meaningful relationships. By taking the time to understand each client’s unique needs and guiding them to the right courses, she fosters trust and ensures clients feel supported throughout their journey, creating an environment where they can thrive and reach their full potential.

Outside of her professional life, Malissa enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and living in Nashville with her two cats, Chai and Bebo.
