A recent asset to our organization, Eric Abbey recently joined the Dale Carnegie team in 2024. Native to Michigan weather, Eric, for over 12 years, has been dedicated to the educational and economic development of the Orlando community. Eric holds a master's in education and is passionate about athletics, which he integrates into his approach to personal and professional development.

Like our founder, Eric invested much of his educational development into adult learners. With a background in student Affairs, leadership, and sport management, he cultivated a strong belief in lifelong learning. Harvesting results through coaching and training, his journey into the Dale Carnegie principles stemmed from his desire to empower others through effective communication and leadership skills. 

As a husband and father of young men, Eric stays active through various sports and activities, reflecting his belief in the balance between physical fitness and mental well-being. His enthusiasm for athletics extends to coaching youth teams, where he shares his passion for teamwork and resilience.
