After initially interning with Dale Carnegie and quickly connecting with the purpose and mission of the organization, Hannah joined the team full time in 2014 as an Office Administrator. Over more than a decade with Dale Carnegie, she has built a comprehensive understanding of the business by serving in nearly every role, giving her a unique, end-to-end perspective on how each part of the organization works together.

Today, Hannah serves as Chief Operating Officer for the Dale Carnegie Southeast team. She focuses on creating scalable processes, removing barriers, and improving daily business operations to support sustainable growth. She is an active member of the Dale Carnegie Operations iTeam, Marketing iTeam, and frequently contributes to cross-functional project teams that support initiatives across the broader Dale Carnegie network.

Hannah is an award-winning Dale Carnegie team member, having been recognized for excellence in Marketing (2015), named Top Technical Producer in the World (2021), and was a member of the Wow Trainer Club (2022).

Her commitment to education and lifelong learning is reflected in her academic background. Hannah holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a Doctorate in Applied Learning Sciences from the University of Miami. She continuously seeks to expand her knowledge and apply research-based insights to strengthen both organizational performance and individual development.

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys relaxing hobbies such as crocheting, gardening, and reading. She values spending quality time with her family and prioritizes moments to slow down and recharge together.
