Kara Noonan is a Vice President and Equity Partner at Dale Carnegie Training across Tennessee, Georgia, and Central Florida.  With more than a decade of experience in management, strategic sales, coaching, and facilitation, Kara leads strategic growth and client development for the organization.  Her work spans global organizations, cross‑functional teams, and leaders in more than 20 countries, giving her a unique lens into how people learn, communicate, and succeed in today’s evolving workplace. Kara also serves on multiple global committees within the Dale Carnegie network, helping safeguard the legendary brand’s quality while championing innovation for the future.

A certified Dale Carnegie® Facilitator, Senior Coach, and Assessments Coach, Kara is known for her energetic delivery and authentic coaching style. She partners closely with senior and technical leaders to build influence, eliminate unproductive habits, and translate learning into action. Her favorite part of facilitation is seeing participants surpass their own expectations and create meaningful change in their careers and lives.

When she’s not working, you’ll likely find Kara dancing in the kitchen with her husband and daughter, hiking a new trail, playing piano, diving into a new hobby, or traveling to experience cultures that inspire her curiosity and joy.
