Rodney is a seasoned sales leader, executive coach and facilitator with over 30 years of experience in enterprise technology and nearly two decades as a dynamic Dale Carnegie sales and leadership trainer. His work has impacted professionals across Southern California and now, most recently, in Nevada. Rodney has helped organizations drive growth, improve communication and build high-performance teams through a combination of proven methodology, real-world experience and an authentic, engaging style. 

Rodney and his wife are proud parents of three adult children and share their Henderson home with a pet ball python named Mushu.  

Fun Fact: Outside of his professional pursuits, he enjoys hiking, time at the gym, global travel & has been a practicing prestidigitator (magician) for over 50 years. Deeply committed to giving back, Rodney also serves as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), supporting at-risk kids navigating the foster care system.
