Jo, our Director of Finance and Human Resources, joined the team in 2016 following a successful career managing a day school organization.  As the Director of Finance, her organizational skills and attention to detail have led to upgrades in our internal systems and procedures which have improved our overall efficiency.  Her focus now is to improve the customer and team member experience through automation and technology system advances.
