Mike is a certified Dale Carnegie Trainer, inspirational speaker, and engaging coach. As the Co-Owner and Vice President of the Dale Carnegie Franchise in Southeastern Pennsylvania and Delaware, he partners with companies to improve their productivity in areas such as Selling Skills, Customer Satisfaction, Team Building, Engagement, Presentations, and Leadership Excellence. Mike is passionate about supporting the local community including 30 years of developing the United Way of Berks County volunteers to exceed campaign goals, serving on the Board of Directors for the Jewish Community Center of the Lehigh Valley, and inspiring today’s youth through giving talks and coaching.
