Tanaryu is now a Deputy Managing Director, an innovative manufacturing furniture company.  Fasttechno Co., Ltd., with his vision, is to create happiness space for people.

Leading and transforming the team from traditional to digital organization has demonstrated his determination and leadership success.  

He has been developing his people to be more adaptable and resilient to change. His leading organization and team success is recognized by being awarded the “National Innovation Awards – SME (Distinction Prize).”
