Research shows that 89% of high-performing teams are very satisfied with their team, compared to just 65% of non-high-performing teams.

However, our study found a big difference: while leaders thought accountability and teamwork were great (73% and 84%), team members disagreed (only 48% and 60% felt the same).

The main reasons for dissatisfaction with teams and their leaders were poor communication, lack of listening, and lack of collaboration.
