Ratanawadee Bansit

With over 20+ years of experiences in Human Resources Management and Organization Development, Ratanawadee plays the key role and facilitator to all line management in organization transformation and human resources development at PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited. It is a subsidiary of the state-owned PTT Public Company Limited.

Ratanawadee develops program objective, selection tool, calibration session, and develop individual development plan of each high potential staff, not only to provide a guideline but also to facilitate the session in implementing talent management in the company.

People is her passion. Ratanawadee always demonstrates her capabilities in developing corporate strategic directions, effective communication, and engagement for a number of Dale Carnegie clients; for example, Government Housing Bank, Securities and Exchange Commission, and academic institutions, and Phradabos School, a school under the royal initiative of King Rama IX, to name a few.

Ratanawadee was awarded a scholarship from Swedish Institute Management Program. The mission of the program is to lead change for responsible leadership and sustainable business practices. It truly builds on her bench strength together with Dale Carnegie’s learning principles and methodologies in unleashing people’s potential.
