We provide training solutions to the leading businesses in the area

Michael and Andrea started with Dale Carnegie New Zealand in 1997 Michael as Area Manager and Andrea as a new trainer. In 2002 we were fortunate to live and work for Dale Carnegie in the North of England before returning home to prepare for the arrival of our daughter. In 2007 we purchased the Dale Carnegie Bay of Plenty Waikato franchise. In the early days our training focused on The Dale Carnegie Course and Leadership Training for Manager. This quickly expanded in response to customer needs to corporate solutions, one day seminars and a suite of leadership programmes delivered in-person and live on-line. As New Zealand businesses are relatively small, our clients need practical, relevant, and impactful training that can be delivered quickly with minimal disruption to operations. This is an area in which we excel. 

Michael and Andrea are both from rural backgrounds with B. Hort. Sc degrees from Massey. Both are passionate about being self employeed and assisting others to grow personally and professionally. As a family we enjoy caring for and riding horses which is enjoyable, challenging and certainly keeps us grounded.
