General Position Summary
As a Business Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to expand market share and build enduring client relationships. This is an ideal role for someone who is competitive, results-driven, and energized by innovation and action in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to uncover needs and provide solutions
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow accounts and drive results
  • Consistently meet and exceed ambitious sales goals
  • Adapt quickly to changing client needs and market conditions

Requirements
  • Residence in North Carolina ( Triangle or Triad)
  • Full-time availability (40+ hours weekly)
  • Ability to work from our offices and/or remotely
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed key performance indicators consistently
