He was born in 1969 in Ankara. After graduating from TED Ankara College, in addition to his professional career, he continued his academic career with METU Civil Engineering, Bilkent University MBA, METU Construction Management Master's Program, ITU Doctorate in Business Administration, worked part-time as an Assistant Professor at Okan University for a while, and contributed to the careers of university youth by teaching various business administration courses at ITU and Okan University.

Çağlayan Bodur started his career in banking and has corporate banking experience at the Development Bank of Turkey and Interbank. In 1997, he co-founded Done Consulting and Training Services. In 2006, he realized a partnership with Dale Carnegie Training, one of the world's leading educational institutions, and served as its general manager in Turkey. 

Until today, he has given trainings, moderated, consulted, coached and led projects on leadership, management, effective speaking, financial management, corporate management, personal development, sales in hundreds of reputable institutions of our country for more than 2000 days in total. 

Çağlayan Bodur has been working as a Managing Partner at Dale Carnegie Turkiye since 2014.
